AUSSIE AUSSIE AUSSIE. OI OI OI.

This is the second year in a row Matt has been out of the country on Australia Day, and the second year in a row we’ve sat at home all day because I can’t deal with the celebrations and crowds, with the kids, alone. I decided at about 3:30 that I should at least go to the shops and buy them a flag or something each but, of course, the shops were shut.  All apart from the local supermarket that is, which had sold out of everything but car window sun shades.  So we danced about out in the street, waving our sun-shades, before we headed back inside where it was cool and had another game of Mario Kart.

Happy Australia Day to our fellow Aussies, however you chose to spend it.  I hope you waved your flags, and sun shades, proudly.
