Matt and Josie were married late last year (I know, I that behind on blogging!) in The Grampians, Victoria.
Josie had grown up in the area, and got ready in her family home – which was set amongst some of the most amazing scenery in this state. Imagine have the Grampians as both your backdrop and your playground! Unfortunately the weather wasn’t playing nice for us on the day and the mountains themselves were hesitantly hiding behind the imminent rain clouds. But I think we did ok with the view we were left with (you’ll have to scroll down now for a look). 😉
And, of course, it was an absolute joy to photograph Matt and Josie’s wedding. I’m sure it wouldn’t have mattered what the location – they could have celebrated in a tin shed and it would still have been all kinds of beautiful. It was an honour either way, and I’m so glad to have gotten to know these two better over the course of the last year or so. And this is where I give Matt himself a shameless plug – he’s a pretty clever guy when it comes to anything pyrotechnic. He even arranged fireworks for his own wedding (see the last couple of photos). Soooooo if you happen to be on the lookout for someone to light up the sky on your wedding night (or any other night for that matter) you can get in touch with him by clicking on this link.
Thanks again you gorgeous two for having me along on your big, beautiful day. Big love to you both. xx
