If you’ve ever clicked on the WEBSITE link at the top of this page, and you’ve happened to check back over the last week or so, you will have noticed it all looks a bit different. A bit new. And rather orange.
The reason for a new website is pretty simple – the old one was too slow. Who’s got time these days to wait and wait and wait for each page to load. Especially if you’re surfing at work, when your boss ducks out for a coffee. Luckily I’m my own boss, and often turn a blind eye to my employee’s time management skills, but that’s generally not the case. And the last thing I want someone to feel when they land on my website is frustrated. I’d much rather a happy kind of feeling. Though that great big smile of yours might be enough to tell the boss you’re up to something that’s not work related.
In all seriousness, I just wanted something fast, something happy, something me, and something you can relate to. I simply need something the average person can look at and decide whether I’m the right photographer for them, or not. Hopefully the former.
